March Newsletter

As a child, March was never my favorite month. There were no school holidays; it was cold, but we never got much snow; and I lost an hour of sleep when it was time to "spring forward."

Of course, now that I'm older, March is actually one of my favorite months. Not only does it mark the beginning of spring, but also I got to enjoy a green beer with my corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day over the weekend.

Plus, as the chef at Atwood Cafe, I like to use the fruits and vegetables that are coming into season, such as broccoli, mango, and pineapple.

Read on for some of my very own kitchen tips and tricks. Plus...Waffle Day!

See you soon.
