The Atwood Café is currently recycling all paper, cardboard, plastic, glass & wine corks as well as donating our cooking oil for biodiesel, using to go materials made with recycled products and supporting local farmers whenever possible.
The summer is upon us and we are celebrating the bounty of the season by bringing you a new 3 course menu each Monday for only $30. Chef Heather Terhune will be designing items using the best our local farms have to offer. The menu will reflect organic and sustainably farmed products. Available from 5pm to 10pm every Monday through September. Make your reservations today!

For the 3rd year in a row, Chef Heather Terhune will be grilling up a storm at the Green City Market's Annual Chef BBQ. Join us on Thursday, July 16, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in Lincoln Park. Tickets are $60. They are available at Green City Market, Spice House retail locations and on the Spice House web site. Heritage ($1500) and Heirloom ($2500) tables for ten are available for purchase at the Green City Market or by calling the Green City Market office at 773-880-1266.
Tickets are only available in advance and this event is more than halfway sold out. Don't miss the culinary event of the year!
July is National Ice Cream month and the Atwood Café is celebrating with our 10th Annual Ice Cream Scoop Event. Join us on Friday July 31st from 12:00pm-3:00pm on the patio on State Street, for $2 ice cream cones or cups. All of the proceeds will be donated to Lakeview Pantry, an organization that fights hunger throughout the Chicago area through food distribution and home delivery. Come rain or shine, we'll be dishing up several varieties of ice cream and sorbet donated by Ciao Bella Gelato.

In a continued effort to reduce our carbon footprint and waste, Atwood Café is proud to announce that it has eliminated the purchase of bottled water! The Natura® system, removes or significantly reduces contaminants including heavy metals, pesticides and chemical impurities such as mercury, lead and arsenic.
Available in both still and sparkling.
Before the first act begins, the Atwood Café offers a delicious prix-fixe dinner menu. A three-course menu without wine is $40 per person and includes an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Allow your server to pair wines with each course for only an additional $20 per person. Menu changes daily.
